A tropical wave is east of Jamaica, near Hispaniola, and moves into the Jamaica area late tomorrow. The broad trough continues to present unstable weather conditions over the central and western Caribbean. Induced by Hurricane Humberto, this trough is likely to remain over the area until Humberto moves further eastward on the weekend. The Tropical Wave is also expected to bring unstable weather and very deep convection this weekend. Tropical Storm Jerry is over the open Atlantic 24-HOUR FORECAST Tonight: Partly cloudy. Tomorrow Morning: Isolated showers over northern parishes. Tomorrow Afternoon: Widespread showers and thunderstorms across the island. Heaviest activity is likely over southern and northwestern parishes. Minimum temperature expected for Kingston tonight: 25 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperature expected for Montego Bay tonight: 25 degrees Celsius. 3-DAY FORECAST (starting after tomorrow): Friday: Mainly sunny morning. Widely scattered afternoon showers and isolated thunderstorms. Saturday: Morning showers over northern parishes. Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms over the island. Heaviest activity is expected over inland areas and southern parishes. Sunday: Cloudy morning with isolated showers over northern parishes.
