Tropical Wave to affect Jamaica on Monday; Dorian to hit Nova Scotia, Canada later today

A Tropical Wave currently across the eastern Caribbean Sea is expected to be in the vicinity of Jamaica on Monday.

Hurricane Dorian is expected to hit Nova Scotia, Canada later today; Tropical Storm Gabrielle remains across the open North Atlantic Ocean.

The Tropical Wave is projected to drift further west and away from the island throughout today, however a broad trough system is expected to move into the vicinity of Jamaica by this evening and linger for a few days.
